Drawing inspiration from the acclaimed Yardery in Sanford, the new and more expansive Yardy of Mount Dora will be an expansive 5,900 SF two-story establishment. The design incorporates a covered upper bar and seating area, complemented by ancillary spaces to seamlessly support the facility's services. The lower level of the building is thoughtfully configured to house a commercial kitchen, walk-in food and beverage coolers, dry storage, and a lower bar with covered seating.
This architectural transformation has successfully navigated the City of Mount Dora Historical Board and received official approval, demonstrating Powell Studio Architecture’s continued success with bringing new design and establishments to downtown Mount Dora.
The focus of this establishment is casual dining, with a prime emphasis on offering a delightful blend of drinks, dining, and outdoor entertainment. The project aims to create a vibrant and engaging atmosphere, drawing inspiration from successful models while embracing a contemporary approach to community spaces.
