Situated on 6.62 acres, the project site will connect to the Cady Way Trail, enhancing the facility's role as a community hub. The development plan includes a commitment to beautify the northern area, creating spaces for reflection, meditation, yoga, and fitness classes, further promoting well-being.
The new facility will house various programmatic elements, including an entry atrium, Bliss treatment area, offices, urgent care, pharmacy, café, fitness center, conference center, and an innovative 'In-car-care' suite. Patients entering the building with their vehicles will be treated in private exam rooms within their bays.
