Powell Studio Architecture played a pivotal role in providing architectural services for all vertical structures within the expansive Victory Pointe. Working alongside the City of Clermont and Community Solutions Group, our firm successfully crafted standout structures situated on the grounds of the 10-acre marsh filtration system, seamlessly leading into Lake Minneola.
Standing at the center of the 10-acre site is a 40-foot observation tower, designed to offer breathtaking panoramas of Triathlete Beach, the lakes, trail, and downtown district. In addition to this iconic centerpiece, Powell Studio Architecture created a restroom/staging area that harmonizes with the observation tower, elevating the overall facilities along the waterfront and trail.
Victory Pointe stands as a cornerstone in the ongoing development of downtown Clermont, serving as a vital hub for the redirection and filtration of stormwater. The innovative system channels stormwater through a natural series of basins before it enters the lakes. This approach not only benefits the health of the lakes but also enhances the visual appeal for visitors, creating a habitat for wildlife to thrive.
